Wilhite’s instincts and experience are in civil litigation as a trial lawyer. The firm represents properties in litigation, both bringing suits and defending claims.  Litigation can encompass a wide variety of property, business, vendor, employee and landlord-tenant issues.

The firm represents properties in Courts and administrative proceedings.  Administrative venues might include not only discrimination complaints but also claims with an office of an Attorney General.  Attorney Jeff Wilhite has litigated in State Courts in multiple jurisdictions and federal courts. Wilhite has substantial trial court experience.

Because of the firm’s focused industry experience (and aggressive approach to cases), when a national client needs the firm in a state outside of the firm’s home state, Wilhite files a motion to be admitted in that other state just for that case (called being admitted to practice law Pro Hac Vice).
